Fit-out moves quickly and the evidence disappears behind the ceilings. We capture office floors in Matterport before work starts, at agreed stages during the programme, and at handover, so the contractor, designer and client share one measurable record of what was there and what was built. Occupied floors are captured out of hours.
A tour of the floor as handed over, with every existing defect, service route and finish visible and measurable. It settles dilapidations arguments at the end of the lease and gives the design team dimensions without a second site visit. Where the design needs survey-grade accuracy we add a point cloud survey in the same visit and produce plans or a Revit model from it.
Stage captures at first fix, second fix and completion give the client and the professional team a walk-through they can open on any device, with the earlier stages kept for comparison. Snagging and queries are tagged in the tour at the exact spot, which cuts down site meetings and email chains.
The final capture is the as-built record: every room, riser and ceiling void that was open at the time, measurable to the centimetre. Facilities teams use it to find services later without lifting tiles, and it becomes the baseline for the next fit-out.

Yes. Most office captures are done early morning, evenings or weekends with client-arranged access and an escort where the building requires one. A typical office floor takes two to three hours.
Matterport gives a photographic, measurable tour accurate to a few centimetres, which is ideal for records, coordination and client communication. A point cloud survey is accurate to a few millimetres and is what you need for drawings and Revit models. We often do both in one visit.
Single floors start from £495 per capture. Multi-floor buildings and programmes of repeat visits are quoted as a fixed price per visit, with the rate agreed at the outset.
You do. Tours are hosted on our account for 12 months and can be transferred to the contractor's or client's Matterport account at any point. Point cloud data is delivered in open formats such as E57 and RCP.
Yes. We provide RAMS for each visit, our surveyors hold CSCS cards, and we follow the site induction and permit process. We have worked on live sites for Tier 1 contractors in the City and West End.
