A Matterport tour of an empty unit lets an agent market it properly from the first day of the void. We capture offices, industrial units and shops in one visit and deliver the 3D tour, a floor plan, a photo set and a short video within 48 hours, at a fixed price per unit agreed before we start.
A tour answers the questions that otherwise cost a viewing: how the space is laid out, where the columns and risers fall, what the loading door and yard look like, how much natural light there is. Occupiers shortlist from their desk, overseas tenants and investors can look without flying in, and the viewings that do happen are with people who already want the unit. The embed sits on Rightmove Commercial, CoStar, your own website and in the particulars PDF as a link.

We agree a fixed price per unit, with one rate for single-floor units and one for larger or multi-floor units, and a standalone visit rate for one-offs. Access is by key, lockbox or a short meet on site, and we group units by estate so a day covers several. As units re-let and fall vacant again we return on the same terms, so your marketing is consistent across the portfolio.

Single units start from £495, which covers a smaller single-floor office, shop or industrial unit with the tour, floor plan and photos. Portfolios of several units are priced at a fixed rate per unit agreed in advance, with a separate rate for larger or multi-floor units. We confirm the figure before the visit, and it does not change on the day.
Within 48 hours of the visit for most units, often the next working day. Floor plans and photos are delivered at the same time.
Yes. We can transfer the model into your account on delivery, so you control hosting and the embed yourself. Otherwise we host it for 12 months and renew annually at a small fee.
Swept and with the lights on is ideal, but we regularly capture units straight after a tenant has left. The camera copes with low light and we can switch off dollhouse views of areas you do not want shown.
London and the South East from our Great Portland Street base, and the rest of the UK through our city teams. For estates outside London we group visits so travel is covered in the per-unit price.
