London Office Fit-Out: Interactive 3D Programme Model — A four-floor, 69,000 sq ft commercial office at Stage 4 detail design, turned into an interactive browser-based 3D model with colour-coded phasing, per-floor layouts and a step-by-step staircase build sequence.
Marina Residential Development: 204 Units Captured — Every internal space across two residential blocks, 197 apartments and 7 commercial units, captured in Matterport ahead of facade remediation works, giving the contractor a dated record of each home and a dataset that floor plans can be drawn from without a second visit.
Leeds Office Tower: Drawing Pack from Scan Data — A complete drawing pack for a fourteen-storey city-centre office: fifteen floor plans from lower ground to the thirteenth floor, a roof plan and 2D sectional elevations of the internal window wall, all produced from scan data.
