Retail estates change constantly: refits, rollouts, closures and re-lets. We capture stores in Matterport to a consistent specification, so a retailer, its fit-out contractor or its landlord has the same measurable record of every unit, whether that is a condition survey before works, a grand-opening capture for brand standards, or a tour to let an empty shop.
A tour of the shell before works and of the finished store after is the cleanest dilapidations evidence there is: dated, measurable and impossible to argue with. Fit-out specialists use the pre-works capture to brief trades and check dimensions, and the completion capture as the handover record.
For brands opening or refitting many sites we capture to a written specification: the Matterport tour plus a structured photo set of the plant, electrical panels, signage, drive-thru and front-of-house elements, filed to the brand's folder structure and delivered into their own Matterport account. Every store then looks the same in the brand's library, whoever captured it.

Yes. Send us the capture standard and folder structure and we will follow it, including the photo list for plant and equipment. We can also name and file the models in your Matterport account.
Yes. Trading stores are captured before opening or after close. Shells and vacant units can be done at any time with key or lockbox access.
A single unit starts from £495. Rollout programmes are priced per store at a fixed rate once we have seen the specification and the number of sites.
Interiors and shopfronts, yes. Roof access depends on the centre's management; where we cannot reach the roof we note it and capture everything else.
Tours are delivered to our hosting or transferred to your Matterport account. Photo sets are delivered in your folder structure via Box, Dropbox or SharePoint, with a delivery note listing what was captured.
